Registration priority will be given to riders who are interested in riding weekly for the entire session. Session dates are provided here.
After we have enrolled session riders, we will open up all other available spaces to pay-as-you-go riders.
Pay-as-you-go rides must be paid for in full at the time of booking or they cannot be guaranteed.
We are able to accept cash, cheque or e-transfer. Post-dated cheques are acceptable. E-transfers should be sent to payments@earthboundkids.ca
No-shows and last-minute cancellations (where less than 48 hrs is provided) cannot be made up.
We realize there will be times when you or your rider are not feeling well or a last-minute commitment arises.
Due to the nature of the sport, whereby we are maintaining the care of animals regardless of whether a rider shows or not we are not able to give credit for missed lessons for any reason.
We thank you for understanding and commitment to the health and welfare of all participants, staff and horses.
This does not apply if we cancel the lesson, either due to un-safe riding conditions or instructor illness. For these instances we will provide a make-up and you will be notified of the closure by text and email to main account holder on file.
