Registration priority will be given to riders who are interested in riding weekly for the entire session. Session dates are provided here.
After we have enrolled session riders, we will open up all other available spaces to pay-as-you-go riders.
Pay-as-you-go rides must be paid for in full at the time of booking or they cannot be guaranteed.
We are able to accept cash, cheque or e-transfer. Post-dated cheques are acceptable. E-transfers should be sent to payments@earthboundkids.ca
Lesson Cancellation Policy
We understand that riders may occasionally miss a lesson due to illness or unexpected commitments.
Due to the nature of horseback riding and the ongoing care required for our horses, lessons cannot be fully refunded if a rider is unable to attend.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be billed at 50% of the regular lesson rate. For example, if a rider is unable to attend due to illness and less than 48
hours’ notice is provided, the missed lesson will be charged at half the regular lesson fee.
If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, we will attempt to reschedule the lesson based on availability. Rescheduled lessons must be taken within the same season in which they were missed. For example, a winter lesson missed due to a planned vacation must be rescheduled within the winter season.
This does not apply if we cancel the lesson, either due to un-safe riding conditions or instructor illness. For these instances we will provide a make-up and you will be notified of the closure by text and email to main account holder on file.
